Strength and Stretch

Come join your friends for a low-impact fitness class focused on full-body strength and toning. It’s a yoga-style class, and children are welcome to come and play!

Frequency: Once a week on Wednesday mornings from 8:15-9:00am. Come anytime after 8am to connect with friends.

Location: Walla Walla University Church Fellowship Hall.
