Our church benevolent fund exists as a living expression of Christ's call to care for those in need. It exists to provide short-term financial assistance to individuals and families facing urgent needs. This fund is intended to help with essential expenses such as rent, utilities, food, or medical costs. Assistance is given based on available funds and the applicant's situation.
Please complete this form honestly and thoroughly. All information will be kept confidential and reviewed by our benevolence team. If approved, payments may be made directly to service providers rather than individuals.
