Strength and Stretch

Come join your friends for a fitness class that is low impact and focuses on full body strength and toning.  It's a yoga-style class and children are welcome to come play!

Frequency: Once a week on Wednesday mornings from 8:15-9:00am.  Come anytime after 8am to connect with friends.

Location: University Church, Fellowship Hall.
