A huge thank you to the more than 50 people who came out to help at the work bee this past Sunday. You are a blessing! Together we tackled many projects, deep cleaned cracks and crevices, weeded, organized, and enjoyed one another's company. Please stay tuned for our next work bee event in the coming year!

MUSIC NOTE
We thank Hannah Schafer, a home-schooled high school student, her aunt Jacquie Schafer Zuill, and Lee Johnson for sharing their music with us this Sabbath. A graduate of WWU and former member of the music faculty at Bowman University in Canada, Jacquie and her husband now live in Tennessee. Lee tunes pianos in Walla Walla and is also a WWU graduate.
In addition, we thank Matt Heinrich of the University Book Store, who leads the praise band.
Our closing hymn today follows the theme of our sermon: the church as the body of Christ. Please take a few moments during the service to meditate on the lyrics before we sing. The fourth stanza is given here:
Strengthen, Lord, for service hand
and heart and brain;
Help us good relations daily to maintain.
Let the living presence of the servant Christ
Heighten our devotion, make our life a feast.
-Kraig Scott

GIVE
The University Church budget funds many important aspects of our local ministry. Although pastors' salaries are funded by donations marked "tithe", the University Church budget is what subsidizes our amazing K-12 school programs at Walla Walla Valley Academy and Rogers Adventist School. It also makes our worship services and broadcast ministry possible. Thank you for your generous and systematic support!
As always - we welcome your gifts made right here on our website. Click Here to Give!
